What is HeartMath
To be wise is to
exercise wisdom. Wisdom, the desire to do what is right and good,
motivates the human spirit. To practice what is right and good fuels the
fire for discovery.
I want to share
practices that work with others while continuing to learn.
I’m still learning.
Have you been in a school lately?
Actually, you don’t need to be in a classroom. Simply observe anywhere
people gather, and in most cases it won’t take long to observe blatant,
willful disrespect.
It works to the degree of your heartfelt
implementation.
There is a tipping point. The harder the children's
hearts have become, the longer it takes. Yet, once a certain threshold in
the number of students begin to understand how to make themselves feel
good, enjoying school--and learning--become
the norm. It is a wonderful thing to witness.
